Shipping
Domestic (Australia)
Orders under $100 AUD incur a $10 AUD flat‑rate shipping fee.
Orders $100 AUD and above qualify for free domestic shipping.
If a discount code reduces your order total below $100 AUD, the $10 AUD shipping fee will apply.
International
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authority.

Shipping fees and discount codes are applied during checkout.
Returns
We offer a 30‑day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
In the same condition you received them
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
With tags attached
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will issue a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please complete a return first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
